Privacy Policy

The company’s privacy policy is the right for an individual to be informed and the company to be transparent with how it will hold the data and how this will be used.

When an initial enquiry is received from a potential customer, this forms a contractual basis, the company will hold the personal data in line with our Data Retention policy. 

This is required in order to carry out a quotation and possible work for the client and there is no other way to perform the requirements without this.

After the contract period, the company may want to seek additional consent from the client, if they wish to continue building the relationship and communicate marketing messages, newsletters and details of our business which we think may be of interest to them by email or similar technology. Upon consent, the company will hold the personal details for a further 24 months. This consent can be opted out of at any time by contacting the company through their contact section of the website, or emailing the company directly.

When an enquiry is initially received, we will be sending an e-mail to the enquirer to confirm how we intend to process the individual’s data, who it is shared with. This will give them the opportunity to ask for this to be updated or removed through their right to be forgotten. 

These areas are addressed separately in this document and the Privacy Notice will be held and a link will be provided to direct the individual to is shown in Section 7.2.
